Alicia an ability to appreciate different and opposing perspectives enabling Alicia to work effectively with diverse populations and special needs. Being in project management and production has provided Alicia

with the skills to motivate groups and to challenge students or fellow filmmakers, empowering them to develop their talents, and given Alicia the ability to juggle priorities under pressure, especially as a Mother, adapting style and techniques appropriate to the audience/students and liaise with a wide range of agencies. These attributes work effectively within the world of film, performance and education,

creating a well rounded level of working performance, showing that Alicia’s organisational skills and ability to collaborate, motivate, delegate and negotiate display good working practice overall in many endeavours.

Teacher Training in East Ham/Assertiveness Training/Management Training.

2025 - Co facilitator Crossword Creatives Community Hub -British Library London and videographer.

2025 - Founder of realives film Ltd.

2021 -2025 - Curator & facilitator of Film programme initiative at change grow live. using accessible filmmaking where valuing the voice of the underrepresented groups improve confidence and has grown into a larger initiative., including entry to Smiley Charity Film Awards and brought the programme to Walthamstow’s William Morris Gallery, and screened at the Portobello Road Film Festival.

2022, film programme coproduction finalist at the smiley charity film awards motivating those with lived experience.

2020 - 21 - Writing for charity magazine & working from home with an online group

demonstrating discussion on film, ideology & cultural issues /zoom.

2021. - Event Coordinator for photographic Exhibition and awarded  ‘making a difference '. Photographic exhibition: ‘Keeping it Camden’  the first gathering after Covid Epidemic.

2019 - BBC- contributed for a BBC commission ‘Inside Out’

2017-19 Producing and writing for the Jewish Film Festival Programme

Training with Jewish Film Lab.  Film production with Asher Talim.  Film work with DP Directer of Photography Michael Grasin and realives ltd.

2017-18 Organising art events in Amsterdam
